James River Batteau Company offers a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 30-days, if the following conditions are met.
All returns must be made within 30-days of the original purchase.
All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
All returns must be in “New” condition. Tags and stickers must be intact.
Original shipping cost will not refunded.
The customer is responsible for return shipping.
James River Batteau Company is not responsible for the damaged returns we receive. If any package you send is not received we will not replace or refund your order.
